Back in 2019, my world flipped upside down when my husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I went from nurse to full-time caregiver overnight. Sitting through chemo, managing meds, Googling side effects at 2 a.m. That season cracked me wide open and made me realize just how powerful food and lifestyle medicine really are.

And honestly, I needed it just as much as he did. At the time, I was 25 pounds heavier, living off caffeine, taking 2–3 hour naps every day, and wondering why I still felt awful even though I was “doing all the right things.”

When we switched to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, everything changed. My energy came back. My digestion finally worked like it was supposed to. 




To help moms who feel like they’ve tried literally everything finally create a lifestyle that works for them without guilt, burnout, or giving up what they love.
