A few years ago, I found myself in a place a lot of women end up: exhausted, bloated, and frustrated with my body despite doing all the “right” things. I was eating what I thought was healthy, hitting the gym, and still feeling like garbage. Something had to change.

That’s when I discovered the power of fiber and plant-based eating. Not the restrictive, all-or-nothing kind of plant-based that makes you miserable, but a sustainable approach that actually works with real life. I started focusing on getting enough fiber, eating more whole plants, and paying attention to how my body actually felt. The results were incredible. More energy, better digestion, weight loss that actually stuck, and honestly, I just felt good in my skin again.

That experience led me to create PlantedRx and the M.I.L.F. Method (Moms in Love with Fiber). It’s built around fiber, longevity, and feeling like a hot mom who has her life together, not someone who’s constantly stressed about food.

This blog is where I’ll share recipes, tips, real talk about health and wellness, and everything that comes with trying to take care of yourself while juggling mom life. No BS, no perfection, just practical advice and honest conversations.
